About Us
Jeff and I packed our Salt Lake City home and our two dogs and hit the road to change our lives forever! We purchased Bikram Yoga Northampton January 1, 2010 and have been loving every minute of this adventure. We absolutely love this studio and this area.
I attended Bikram's teacher training fall 2007 and have been teaching full time for over two years. Yoga has not only changed my body, but has also changed my life. After years of suffering with horrible depression and trying everything from medication to marathon running, I finally found something that actually works to heal mind and body. I hope to help many people find the solution they need.
Jeff worked for 20 years for Flying J oil refinery in North Salt Lake, and suddenly found himself being pulled into a yoga lifestyle that he desperately tried to hate :) He decided to follow the yoga path by attending Bikram's teacher training Spring 2009. Finding the freedom to teach and express his excitement and kindness through Bikram Yoga.
